Read Matthew 5.16 and reflect on Jesus’ vision for his people. In what ways is this a continuation of the Abrahamic vision?
In what ways do we see this vision being expressed in the ministry of Jesus and the early church?
Looking back on these two key verses what, if any, do you think are the implications for the church today in terms of us living out God’s vision and mission, both personally and together?
